Fergus Neilson has served, and continues to serve clients throughout the UK with, but not limited to the following:
- Weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly pay runs
- Comprehensive new starter forms
- P45s for leavers including calculation of final pay entitlement
- Flexible method of receiving data – via email, fax or post
- Creation and electronic submission of P35 at yearend
- P60 certificates issued to employees at yearend
- Timely notification to all clients of legislation changes such as maternity leave, holiday
- entitlement, national minimum wage and so on.
- Comprehensive reports for accounting purposes
- Standard or secure payslip forwarding
- Payment via bacs of employees’ salaries and employers’ tax/NI to HMRC
- Calculation and deduction of employee and employer pension contributions
- Retention of statutory documents for 6 years

We work with clients based both in the UK and worldwide and they range in size of turnover from under fifty thousand to several million pounds per annum.
New clients will be assigned a payroll assistant who will be personally looking after their file to ensure continuity and familiarity. We will only ever discuss payroll related matters with previously nominated personnel to ensure confidentiality and compliance with the Data Protection Act.
